Founded in 2017, Instant Risk Coverage set out with a vision to make event insurance easier and more accessible for venues, event hosts, and insurance brokers. By 2019, we had fully digitized our platform and were already supporting three municipalities, demonstrating proof that our model worked. In March 2020, just days before the pandemic began, we officially launched to the public. The challenges that followed pushed us to innovate quickly, expanding into custom insurance solutions for events, sports, vendors, prizing, event cancellations, and more.
Today, we are proud to be a Canadian-owned and operated company, providing fully integrated insurance solutions nationwide. We partner with municipalities, educational institutions, venues, and insurance brokers to ensure coverage always meets each organization’s unique requirements. With over 500 activity types and flexible per-minute pricing (instead of flat daily or half-day rates), we’ve made insurance more accessible and affordable for event organizers and renters.
